2. Products & Jewellery
House of Ved offers curated jewellery for rental and other products through its website.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product images, colours, descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings and the handcrafted or detailed nature of certain pieces.
3. Jewellery Rental
Rental jewellery is provided for personal use during the rental period confirmed with the customer.
The customer agrees to:
- Use the jewellery responsibly.
- Follow the Jewellery Care instructions.
- Keep the jewellery safe during the rental period.
- Return the jewellery within the agreed timeframe.
- Return all components and accessories supplied with the order.
Jewellery may not be resold, sub-rented, altered or commercially used without prior written permission from House of Ved.
4. Availability
All jewellery rentals are subject to availability.
A product appearing on the website does not necessarily guarantee availability for a particular date until the booking has been confirmed by House of Ved.
5. Payments
All applicable rental charges, product charges, deposits and delivery charges must be paid according to the payment terms communicated during checkout or booking.
Orders are considered confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received.
6. Security Deposit
Where applicable, a refundable security deposit may be collected for rented jewellery.
The deposit will be processed for refund after the jewellery has been returned and inspected, subject to any applicable deductions for damage, loss, missing components or other charges.
7. Damage, Loss & Theft
The customer is responsible for rented jewellery while it is in their possession.
If jewellery is lost, stolen or significantly damaged, House of Ved may charge the applicable repair or replacement cost.
8. Returns
Rented jewellery must be returned according to the Return Policy and within the agreed rental period.
Late, incomplete or damaged returns may result in additional charges.
9. Cancellation
Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the order status, rental date and applicable cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
Customers are encouraged to contact House of Ved as soon as possible if they need to cancel or modify a booking.
10. Delivery
Delivery timelines and charges, where applicable, will be communicated during the ordering process.
House of Ved will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the communicated timeframe. Delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.
11. Product Care
Customers must follow the Jewellery Care instructions provided by House of Ved.
Damage resulting from exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, improper storage, rough handling or unauthorised repairs may be considered customer-caused damage.
12. Website Content
All website content, including images, text, graphics, logos, product descriptions and brand materials, belongs to or is used by House of Ved and may not be reproduced, copied or distributed without permission.
13. Website Availability
We may update, modify or temporarily suspend parts of the website, product listings, pricing or services without prior notice.
14. Privacy
Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We use information provided by customers to process orders, communicate regarding bookings and provide our services.

The latest version published on this website will apply to future orders and website usage.
