Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is collected with every rental order. The deposit will be returned after the jewellery is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in its original condition.
Payment Policy
- Full rental payment is required to confirm your booking.
- A refundable security deposit is charged separately.
- The security deposit will be refunded within 3–7 business days after the jewellery is returned and passes the quality check.
- Any damages, missing pieces, or late returns may result in deductions from the security deposit.
